Un no faedor \u00e9s sovint un cr\u00edtic, \u00e9s a dir, alg\u00fa que es fa enrere i mira com els altres fan coses, i despr\u00e9s elucubra conceptes filos\u00f2fics sobre com estan fent les coses els fadors. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil ser cr\u00edtic, per\u00f2 ser un faedor requereix esfor\u00e7, riscs i canvis.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201dLes teues zones err\u00f2nies\u201d (1976) Wayne Dyer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tothom en algun moment de la seva vida posposa. Hi ha persones que posposar tasques es converteix en un h\u00e0bit al qual sucumbeixen dia rere dia i quan arriba aquest dia, ho posposa per al seg\u00fcent, evitant una incomoditat a curt termini i que a llarg termini es converteix en un mal major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Or\u00edgen de la postergaci\u00f3:<br><\/strong>Darrere de cada postergador hi pot haver dos tipus de creences irracionals: (1) Es veuen com a inadequats i (2) veuen el m\u00f3n com un lloc massa dif\u00edcil i exigent; aquestes creences agafen les formes seg\u00fcents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Perfeccionisme i Por al Frac\u00e0s<br><\/strong>La gent que t\u00e9 por del frac\u00e0s evita fer tasques en qu\u00e8 no hi ha garantia d&#039;\u00e8xit. S\u00f3n molt perfeccionistes i en no poder assolir les metes, poc realistes, que s&#039;imposen se senten inadequats. No aprovar o no obtenir millor nota \u00e9s per a ells el mateix que ser una persona amb v\u00e0lua. Per evitar aquests sentiments d&#039;inadequaci\u00f3, els postergadors sovint retarden el moment de posar-se a estudiar per poder dir-se a si mateixos que si ho<br>\u201chaurien intentat\u201d ho haurien aconseguit: com puc esperar treure bones notes si ni tan sols he tingut temps per estudiar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ansietat i Cat\u00e0strofe<br><\/strong>L&#039;ansietat posa de manifest les dificultats individuals per prendre decisions i la tend\u00e8ncia a cercar garanties d&#039;\u00e8xit abans de comen\u00e7ar una nova tasca. A mesura que el treball se&#039;ls va acumulant tendeixen al catastrofisme, sentint-se cada cop m\u00e9s ansiosos i saturats. Poden veure&#039;s com a v\u00edctimes indefenses condemnades al frac\u00e0s per als quals els requeriments de la vida s\u00f3n massa durs i injustos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e0bia i Impaci\u00e8ncia<br><\/strong>L&#039;enuig i la impaci\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n senyals que la persona s&#039;est\u00e0 imposant exig\u00e8ncies. La idea irracional que \u201cjo hauria de ser capa\u00e7 de realitzar tota aquesta feina\u201d precipita altres pensaments irracionals com \u201cquin est\u00fapid\/a s\u00f3c! (condemna), i \u201cno em puc suportar!\u201d (intoler\u00e0ncia). La gent que s&#039;exigeix enormes i irreals nivells de rendiment, en no arribar-hi es rebel\u00b7len en contra d&#039;ells mateixos de la mateixa manera que ho farien contra una llei que<br>consideressin injusta. No poden complir les seves pr\u00f2pies directrius tir\u00e0niques, i aleshores s&#039;enfaden amb ells mateixos per no haver-les complert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Necessitat de sentir-se estimat<br><\/strong>Hi ha gent que s&#039;esfor\u00e7a a fer coses com a mitj\u00e0 per assegurar l&#039;amor o l&#039;acceptaci\u00f3 dels altres. Aquesta necessitat de ser estimat deriva de la creen\u00e7a que \u201ctothom m&#039;ha d&#039;estimar perqu\u00e8 jo em pugui estimar a mi mateix\u201d. Quan aquests individus obtenen l&#039;amor o l&#039;acceptaci\u00f3 que creuen necessitar se senten psicol\u00f2gicament forts perqu\u00e8 err\u00f2niament pensen que \u00e9s aquesta acceptaci\u00f3 el que els fa v\u00e0lids com a persones. Quan,<br>d&#039;altra banda, no reben l&#039;acceptaci\u00f3 dels altres que creuen que necessiten, se senten m\u00e9s febles psicol\u00f2gicament i es veuen com a persones no v\u00e0lides. Aquestes persones normalment accepten totes les demandes que els altres els fan perqu\u00e8 no puguin tenir-ne una mala opini\u00f3 i aix\u00ed van entrant en un proc\u00e9s en qu\u00e8 cada vegada els \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil poder respondre a les creixents demandes dels altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sentir-se Saturat<br><\/strong>La sensaci\u00f3 de sentir-se saturats \u00e9s com\u00fa a molts postergadors que cont\u00ednuament veuen com la feina se&#039;ls va amuntegant. Hi ha la creen\u00e7a que la feina pr\u00f2pia \u00e9s priorit\u00e0ria i que s&#039;ha de fer alhora. Aquesta creen\u00e7a de tot o res no t\u00e9 com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia l&#039;aparici\u00f3 de sensaci\u00f3 d&#039;impot\u00e8ncia, angoixa, urg\u00e8ncia i finalment desemboca en un estat d&#039;immobilitzaci\u00f3.
