S\u00f3n persones&nbsp;<strong>passives<\/strong> o <strong>submises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COM S\u00d3N LES PERSONES PASSIVES?<br>LES PERSONES PASSIVES ACTUEN\u2026<\/strong><br>Parlen amb un volum de veu baix, parla poc fluida, bloquejos\/tartamudejos, vacil\u00b7lacions, silencis, crosses. Fugida contacte ocular, mirada baixa, cara tensa, dents estretes, mans nervioses, postura tensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LES PERSONES PASSIVES PENSEN\u2026<br><\/strong>Consideren que aix\u00ed eviten molestar o ofendre els altres. S\u00f3n persones \u201csacrificades\u201d.\u201cel que jo senti, pensi o desitgi, no importa. Importa all\u00f2 que tu<br>sentis, pensis o desitges. Constant sensaci\u00f3 de ser incompr\u00e8s, manipulats, no tingut en compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LES PERSONES PASSIVES SENTEN\u2026<br><\/strong>Impot\u00e8ncia, molta energia mental, poca externa, freq\u00fcents sentiments de culpabilitat, baixa autoestima, deshonestedat (poden sentir-se agressius, hostils, per\u00f2 no ho manifesten i de vegades no ho reconeixen davant de si mateixos), ansietat, frustraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELS DRETS ASSERTIUS<br><\/strong><em>&quot;L&#039;assertivitat \u00e9s la capacitat d&#039;autoafirmar els propis drets, sense deixar-se manipular i sense manipular els altres&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Olga Castanyer (l&#039;assertivitat, expressi\u00f3 d&#039;una autoestima sana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalment tenim molt clares les obligacions o responsabilitats que tenim davant nostre i davant dels altres, per\u00f2 moltes vegades se&#039;ns obliden<br>els nostres drets. Aix\u00f2 ens fa ser poc assertius i relegar les nostres necessitats o prefer\u00e8ncies en segon pla a favor de les de la resta (\u00abels altres<br>sempre van abans que jo\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, et proposem que et llegeixis aquesta llista de&nbsp;<strong>28 drets assertius<\/strong>, i reflexions en quina mesura tens integrats cadascun en el teu dia a dia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Algunes vegades, tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>ser el primer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a<strong>&nbsp;cometre errors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a <strong>tenir les teves pr\u00f2pies opinions i creences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>canviar d&#039;idea<\/strong>, opini\u00f3 o actuaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>expressar una cr\u00edtica&nbsp;<\/strong>ia protestar per un tracte injust. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>demanar un aclariment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a <strong>intentar canviar<\/strong>&nbsp;cosa que no et satisf\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>demanar ajuda<\/strong>&nbsp;o suport emocional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>sentir i expressar dolor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>ignorar els consells&nbsp;<\/strong>dels altres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a rebre reconeixement<\/strong>&nbsp;per la feina ben feta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a negar-te a una petici\u00f3<\/strong>: a dir \u201cno\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a estar nom\u00e9s<\/strong>, encara que els altres desitgin la teva companyia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a no justificar-te<\/strong>&nbsp;davant dels altres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret <strong>a no responsabilitzar-te&nbsp;<\/strong>dels problemes&nbsp;<strong>dels altres<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a no <strong>anticipar-te als desitjos i necessitats dels altres<\/strong>, ja no haver-los d&#039;intuir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a no estar pendent de la bona voluntat&nbsp;<\/strong>dels altres, oa l&#039;abs\u00e8ncia de mala idea a les accions dels altres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a respondre, oa no fer-ho<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a ser tractat amb dignitat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a tenir les teves pr\u00f2pies necessitats<\/strong> i que siguin tan importants com les dels altres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a experimentar i expressar els teus propis sentiments<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com a ser el teu \u00fanic jutge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a aturar-te ia pensar abans d&#039;actuar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret <strong>a demanar el que vols<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret <strong>a fer menys del que ets capa\u00e7&nbsp;<\/strong>de fer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a&nbsp;<strong>decidir qu\u00e8 fer amb el teu cos, el teu temps i la teva propietat<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret a <strong>rebutjar peticions<\/strong>&nbsp;sense sentir-te culpable o egoista.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret&nbsp;<strong>a parlar del problema amb la persona involucrada<\/strong> i aclarir-ho, en casos en qu\u00e8 els drets de cadascun no estan del tot clars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tens dret <strong>a fer qualsevol cosa, mentre no vulnereu els drets d&#039;una altra persona<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els coneixies? Quins drets no tenen pres\u00e8ncia a la teva vida di\u00e0ria? Selecciona&#039;ls i practica&#039;ls en el teu dia a dia.
